Existing Customers Customers requiring technical assistance will find everything they need on our technical support site. The technical support site includes:
- Customer Support Ticketing System
- Support FAQ’s
- Downloads – Software – Software Patches
- Please Note: If you are an existing customer and you don’t have a login for the DataXstream support site please call the support number below or click on the live support link below to request an account. Access to the support site requires a signed SLA (Service Level Agreement) to use the site.
New customers or customers without a signed SLA If you are in need of technical support please call the number below or click on the Live Chat support link to talk with a support specialist. If you don’t have an existing SLA in place you will be asked to complete a short support survey and our support team will provide you with one hour of free support when capacity permits.
- Each company is entitled to one free support call up to one hour. If your support request requires more than one hour to resolve you can choose to continue on a per incident basis with a credit card or contact our sale team to establish a formal SLA.
- Per incident support request are charged at 250$/h.
- The smallest billable increment being one hour.
