Jonny connects with Steve Park, Vice President of Development at DataXstream, to talk about the Customer Experience. As Jonny points out, there are a lot customer centric buzz words and hash tags floating around the industry. Steve reminds us to look at “Customer Experience” from the customer’s point of view. In his opinion, as a consumer, customer experience begins from the first interaction between the customer and the business and it should never actually stop. Because good customer experience should mean return business and referrals and over all good will on behalf of the customer towards the business over time which today we call “customer loyalty.”
